Our Mission: In keeping with the three-fold ministry of Christ — healing, preaching and teaching — BMHCC is committed to providing quality health care.
The Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis campus includes the flagship hospital of the Baptist Memorial Health Care system. Opened in 1979, the hospital is licensed for 706 beds and is located on Walnut Grove Road adjacent to the I-240 loop. Also located on the Baptist Memphis campus is a separately licensed 30-bed skilled nursing facility, a 30-bed Restorative Care Hospital, and the Plaza Diagnostic Pavilion for outpatient testing. Baptist Memphis has approximately 3,400 colleagues who care for our patients and their families and guests.
Baptist Memphis also provides pediatric services through our emergency department, pediatric outpatient center, and inpatient unit.
